Treatment Works Refurbishment
Refurbishment of an ageing water treatment works including dosing system replacement, filter media renewal, pump replacement and associated pipework and civil works. Delivered within an operational site environment with minimal disruption to supply.
Pumping Station Upgrade
Replacement of pump sets and associated mechanical and electrical infrastructure at a wastewater pumping station. Scope included civil repairs, new pump installation, MCC replacement, pipework renewal and commissioning of the complete installation.
Effluent Treatment Installation
Installation of a new effluent treatment system at an industrial site including civil groundworks, mechanical plant installation, process pipework, electrical interfaces and controls integration. Delivered around live site operations.
Clarifier Mechanism Replacement
Replacement of clarifier mechanisms at a municipal wastewater treatment works. Works included dewatering, structural repairs, new mechanism installation, electrical connections and recommissioning — coordinated with operational teams to manage flow diversion.
Sludge Dewatering Upgrade
Replacement of dewatering equipment at a wastewater treatment works, including mechanical installation, associated pipework, electrical interfaces and integration with existing sludge handling processes. Supported improved cake quality and operational efficiency.
Process Improvement Package
Delivery of a structured process improvement package at a utility-operated treatment works. Scope included feasibility input, scope definition, installation works across mechanical and civil disciplines, and performance verification on completion.
